HOLE 1
A welcoming opening hole that sets the tone for your round. This mid-length par 3 requires accuracy over distance. Club selection is key – too much and you’re over the green, too little and you’ll come up short. A great hole to settle your nerves and find your rhythm.
HOLE 2
A shorter test that demands precision. Don’t be fooled by the yardage – the stroke index suggests this is one of the easier holes, but it still requires a confident strike. Pick your club wisely and commit to the shot. A birdie opportunity if you play it smart.
HOLE 4
The second hardest hole on the course and the longest you’ve faced so far. At 187 meters, this is a genuine test of your iron play. Take enough club to reach the green – being short is a common mistake. A well-struck long iron or hybrid is the key to success.
HOLE 5
The monster of The Mashie! At 210 meters, this is the longest hole on the course and a true brute. Don’t be ashamed to use a fairway wood or driver off the tee. Distance control is everything here. Walk away with a par and you’ve conquered the beast. Many a good round has been ruined here.
HOLE 6
A breath of fresh air after the challenges you’ve just faced. The shortest and easiest hole on the course offers a real birdie chance. A simple wedge shot, but don’t get complacent – short game accuracy is still required. Time to attack the flag and make your move.
HOLE 7
The number one stroke index hole – the hardest on the course! Despite being only 120 meters, this deceptive hole has ended many a good round. There’s clearly something tricky here that makes it play much tougher than the yardage suggests. Respect it, play smart, and take your par.
HOLE 8
A short hole that shouldn’t be underestimated. At under 100 meters, it’s all about finesse and touch. Pull out your favorite wedge and trust your swing. This is where good short game players shine. A good opportunity to claw back a shot before the final challenge.
